Move-In Fees

 

Before you settle into your new home, there are a few one-time fees you’ll need to prepare for. These initial costs help us get everything ready for your move-in and ensure a smooth leasing process.

  • Application Fee:$ 200.00 per applicant
  • Additional Applicant Application fee:$ 25.00 per applicant
  • 1 Bdrm Floorplan Deposit:$ 500.00
  • 2 Bdrm Floorplan Deposit:$ 500.00

Monthly Fees

 

Once you're moved in, you may incur standard monthly charges beyond just your base rent. We aim to make these as transparent and predictable as possible so you can budget with confidence.

  • Tech:$ 70.00 per month
  • Valet/Recycling:$ 15.00 per month
  • Community Fee:$ 15.00 per month
  • Total Non-Optional Fees:$ 100.00 per month

Variable Fees

 

You may also incur monthly untility fees that vary by usage.

  • Water/Sewage:Usage Based
  • Electric:Usage Based

Situational Fees

 

There may be additional fees for special circumstances.
